Serenity Pack
The “Serenity” package for seasonal rental (from December to March, and from June to September)
- Keys deposit, entry general inventory
- Reception of the deposit
- Phone assistance during the entire stay
- Keys return, exit general inventory
- Deep cleaning
Not included
- Intervention at the accommodation upon customer’s request (30 Euros/intervention starting from the second intervention)
- Complete management of the household linen, by a local professionnal laundry service
- Technical intervention (plumber, electrician etc. on service provider’s invoice)
prestige Pack
The “Prestige” package for the complete management of your property (from December to March, and from June to September)
- Full rental management (announces creations, airbnb accounts or others, booking tracking...)
- Keys deposit, entry general inventory
- Reception of the deposit
- Phone assistance during the entire stay
- Keys return, exit general inventory
- Deep cleaning
Not included
- Intervention at the accommodation upon customer’s request (30 Euros/intervention starting from the second intervention)
- Complete management of the household linen, by a local professionnal laundry service

Luxury Pack
The “Luxury” package, an annual management service for second homes (out of seasonal periods*)
- Monitoring (twice a month)
- Mail forwarding
- Checking all kitchen appliances
- Turning on the house heater system
- Checking all lights
- Général cleaning maintenance, floors, windows
- Monitoring the maintenance of amenities, garden, pool
- Research and suprvision of local professionnal service proviers de professionnels (plumber, electrician…)
- Parcel reception
- Monitoring visits in case of natural disaster
- Alarm management (checking after alert)
Not included
(on service provider’s invoice + a travel supplement)
- Intervention of a local professional service provider
- Outdoor maintenance/pools/Water features, winter snow removal service
- Fleet management (garage storage for periodic maintenance, preparation before arrival, fuel and cleaning)
- Floral Service (order, property’s door opening and reception)
- Groceries purchase service/or any other specific requests
- Airport/Train station Pick up-deposit by private transports
